Group management and community management
Organizing teaching and learning activities
As a college student, I joined the volunteer and charitable groups of the Sisters and Priests in the Church as a team leader. I was the owner of a preschool. I am currently the director of an education company. I run my own company and it tends to be growing well, However I see that my management capacity is limited and my limitations are emotional. So sometime I’m not decisive enough to handle the wrong doings of employees. Luckily for me I have a team that works well.
