Vietnam does not include autism in its disability law, so autistic children receive little support from the government, many autistic and handicapped children have never attended special needs school or special-needs programs. There is a need for real action to protect this vulnerable group. If autistic children cannot receive necessary support, they will meet more serious social problems as the children may take actions that harm themselves and other people.
